New Members: 2007-2008 Programming Year. Please note that 8th graders can become BBYO members after January 1, 2008. Grades 9-12 can join for $75 and gives you annual membership through June, 2008. If you are joining for more than 2 years you can take advantage of the $149. Membership Form, Annual Participation Authorization (PRO-3) and Participant Medical Information and Consent to Treat Form required are to be mailed to Regional Office along with check payment or call the office 908.925.0310 to make a credit card payment or go to www.b-linked.org to join; If necessary, payment by check will be accepted. Above forms still needed to be submitted.
Re-Registration dues for 2007-2008 are $75 Annual Participation Authorization (PRO-3) and Participant Medical Information and Consent to Treat Form to be mailed to the Regional Office. Re-registration can be done on www.b-linked.org with a credit card or by calling the Regional Office 908.925.0310. If necessary, payment by check will still be accepted.
